Color!
Sometimes on a cold winter week a new splash of color adds extra energy to a room and cheer to our soul! It’s an update which doesn’t have to cost a significant amount for a big impact. In fact, it’s a quick change you can update seasonally if you prefer. I decided to center the room around the vibrant colors and Plaza charm in this print I purchased over the holidays from a local Kansas City artist, SavArt.
By taking down the dark curtains and adding white drapes the light now fills the room. Curtains are at IKEA for $14.99 a pair. I know!! Platter on table is from The Home Store. Blue glass cylinder and pillows are from Kirklands. Basket in corner is from HomeGoods. All right here in Kansas City for a quick room transition.
Another example of why staging works to increase the price of the homes we sell. A value we provide to our sellers and this weekend it happened in my own home … lovin’ the energy every time I walk down the stairs!
