Question of the Month: What inspections should I consider doing as a homeowner?
Termite inspections are recommended yearly since they live in the soil and we have wood framed homes which attract them. Radon is a gas prevalent in the KC area so if you haven’t had a test completed or it has been several years, then that is a beneficial one to do. If you have had water damage in the past then a mold inspection can confirm no unhealthy mold growth. Plus, safety benefits in having your furnace and air conditioner cleaned and serviced each year.
As always, it will be our pleasure if we can assist with more information on these or connecting you with an inspector. We look forward to sharing in real estate goals and all the fun events in KC through 2026. Cheers!
